I have always had a little 'thing' for pirates! Maybe it is Johnny Depp, maybe it is Captain Morgan, or a combo of both! xo,

We are big on pirates at the Beach House. Dress ups with all the accesories. My son was so into it he has won fancy dress pirate contests. Sadly the computer has now taken over his pirate love but my littlest one is developing a taste for his Pirates of the Caribbean outfit.

Hope all is well with you.

hmmm, how did I miss this holiday?! Now a pirate name...when I was in college we always had a formula for what your 'stage name' would be. Your first name is the name of your first pet and your last name is the name of the street you grew up on. That made my 'stage name' Shadow Meadow. As for a pirate name, will have to think about that one.

Ha, didn't know about this holiday.
I took a pirate name quiz on fidius.org and they gave me the name
"Captain Jenny Rackham" - at least I turned out to be in charge of something :)

Can't wait to tell Drew about this. As you might have guessed from his face paint, he's into being a pirate and loves to talk like one.
