We are hitting the beach this weekend! Can't wait. I am sure there are many fun stories from your beach house :)

I used to live by the sea. I remember sand all up the stairs, walked barefoot mostly in those days. Tootsies get too cold now!

I love the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves.

Hello Dahlink, I noticed that you stopped by my blog and became a follower - that's cool of you - thanks!

I am loving your blog. I had a look at some of your embroidery. It is amazing! Did you do that by hand?

Do you do commissions at all?

what a thoughtful gift. I'm more of a lake girl, but I enjoy the beach too.

Your mother in law hit the jackpot with you! I can only see your sons marrying women just as lovely as yourself :) For now, that picture made me smile SO much because I love seeing my little guys in the sand every summer. Glad to know it won't go away anytime soon :) Love, Kelly

That must be your sons and their friends at the beach. Love seeing them work on a sandcastle of their own.

I love the feeling of the sand between my toes - beach season can't get here soon enough!
