your home is your castle...

in days of olde, when knights were bold,
the pipes were cast of iron

Alas,
through the ages they succumbed to crumble
and Havoc reigns

but new ramparts are being built

new trenches being dug
and a new moat to stave off future invaders

even with little royal flourishes of pipe-napkin-folding

(tutorial upon request)

while the legions toil,
I’ll retreat to my tower
and continue to polish up the crown

where are those ladies-in-waiting when you need them….

Slaying any dragons this week in your castle?

Yikes! We slayed dragons last year right after the holidays. No more for me for a long, long time...please...

Okay, then, I'll stop complaining about the yard work I have to do, Cathy! : ) As always, the embroidery is beautiful!

Looks like you're doing the work we did last year - nothing like a new pipe job to make you thankful for the royal flushes!

Love how you've
tied this in to
royal fever!! Hmm,
dragons....Mainly
the gardens at this
moment as the invaders ~
i.e. weeds ~ are popping
up as fast as the
flowers!!!
xx Suzanne
PS: LOVE the monogram.
