yes, it snowed...again!
and The Hound is happy
you see, she is rarely seen without a tennis ball in her mouth
she can even bark at you with a tennis ball clenched in her teeth
...teeth that are ground down to nubs from those tennis balls
her favorites tho — frozen tennis balls!
she keeps a stash on the front bench chilling
tossing them into the direct path of your snow shovel
to get you to toss it back
she can be a real looney toon!
No, no, no! I’m not coming inside!
You come back out please!
brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......

awww, the last photo is so cute
The husband's trip to Pittsburgh got canceled so I made him shovel... and play ball with our two hounds who must be related to yours!
xxoo
Love the last photo of your sweet girl...I tried to get one of my Lucy just pushing her face through the snow but she was just too fast.
Glad someone is enjoying the snow. She looks like a sweetie-pie!
Best,
Susan

Recently found your great blog! This makes me miss my old chocolate lab, "Wyatt!"
Oh heart be still, that last photo kills me. My mother's dog (black lab) is EXACTLY like this. We think she is obsessed with tennis ball play. When I phone my parents my father will say my mom is at Wimbledon and I know that means she out there playing fetch with Daisy :)
too cute! my dog is a big old mess from the snow--thinking of bathing him but he will just be a mess again tomorrow. have a great weekend-barbara
Oh how funny...love this!
Cathy- What a happy dog! And so talented with the hold-ball-and-bark trick!

Agree with the others - the last photo is a classic! What a great dog.
I love it! I've got one of them too. His best trick is dropping his balls into the holes I've just dug to plant something in the garden. I throw it out he brings it back and drops into the hole again-uggghhhh! but cute:)
I hope this storm passes us by- fingers crossed!
