Geocaching…
a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game
players try to locate hidden containers called geocaches
using gps coordinates and clues
Kim at Snug Harbor Bay, who has found
almost 1700 geocache treasures,
inspired me to give it a try...
I chose a listing nearby from geocaching.com
off into the woods, up a hill, round the bend
and over to the forgotten cemetery...
woo-hoo…
I actually found it!
on Kim’s bucket list - get a tattoo
So Kim,
step into my tattoo parlor...
step into my tattoo parlor...
my embroidery tattoo parlor…
I’ll send you the gps coordinates of your new
geocache-K tattoo
oh but Kim...on your bucket list…
just write sort-of after the 'get a tattoo'
it's just embroidery, have fun with it!

Getting a tattoo is on my bucket list too but I am SUCH a wimp I will probably have to stick with the henna ones....LOL

I guess I just too old school, but I'm not a big fan of tattoos. However, YOUR style of tattoos are a whole different matter.
Best,
Susan
We love geochaching and discovering little treasures... and your wonderful work is a treasure worth discovering by all!

I have a friend who is into geocaching and she is always saying I should try it.
I am a big chicken when it comes to a tattoo and after seeing some old, sagging tattoos on old women (older than this old women) while sitting at the craft show we did this weekend, I think maybe that's a good thing I am afraid.
Love the design!
I've never heard of this adventure! Was there anything in the little tin? Who does this? I suppose I should just go check it all out.
Sort of tattoo is the only kind I would get. Well, I think so but I guess you just never know :)
Cathy: Thanks again for posting on my blog today. What you did was really fun!
If anyone would like more information on geocaching (it's really fun!) please stop by my blog and check out all the cool places we visit and the different things we see.

Clearly I am out of the loop - I have never heard of geocaching!! Sounds like fun! Your embroidery tattoo is enough fun for me!!
Too fun!!! I think I'll stick to the rub on tattoos - even those are hard to get off, as I've learned lately! :)

I love your take on getting a tattoo, Cathy.
I have a bunch of the permanent kind. :)
